Parades are great.
Aside from the people trying to gain your business by passing out unnecessary scraps of paper,
You're sure to get plenty of free things,
candy being the most important, of course.
The kids stay entertained.
And who knows? Perhaps you will get soaked from the fire engine.
It's a different story when you are a part of it.
Better yet, when you march 10 more miles to raise money for the marching band trip...
I love my job.
I love the owners of these feet,
especially the vibrant Converse ;)
Oh, and I love the hot tub that relieved my pain after.

I THOROUGHLY approve of this post- my dream has been fulfilled. I also love the owner of those converse... ;) and the hot tub. That was the best. We should do that more often.
